Late Night Snack: Inside Out Grilled Cheese
All you need for this snack is 1 slice of bread, a nonstick pan, and a few handfuls of shredded cheese. Ready? Go.
Drop 1 large handful of cheese (I used mozzarella) into a heated pan. Place the slice of bread on top and drop another handful of cheese on top of the bread. When you hear the cheese start sizzling, lift up the corner and see if it's turning brown. If the answer is yes, flip the bread onto the other side. Let that side brown and then eat with a fork. I dipped mine in sriracha. I have a sriracha problem.
